Zinc-Alloy Processes
Zinc-Nickel Slotoloy ZN50
An alkaline process for the deposition of zinc alloy coatings containing 12 - 15% nickel with excellent corrosion protection properties.
Slotoloy ZN 50 gives very good metal distribution and a consistent alloy over a wide range of current densities. This process has been designed for rack plating.
Zinc-Nickel Slotoloy ZN60
An alkaline process for the deposition of zinc-nickel alloys containing 12 - 15% nickel. This process has been developed for barrel applications and achieves an efficiency of approximately 55% at 2.5 amps/dm².
The deposit has excellent corrosion resistance as would be expected from zinc-nickel coatings.
Zinc-Iron Slotoloy ZE40
An alkaline process for the deposition of bright zinc alloy coatings, containing 0.3 - 0.6% iron.
This process is suitable for both rack and barrel applications producing excellent covering power and deposits which are easily chromated.
Zinc-Alloy Ancillaries
Filter Aid D
Specifically for highly alkaline solutions e.g. alkaline zinc/zinc alloys. Unlike cellulose based filter aids, it has excellent stability in such media.
Zinc Anodes
Pure Zinc Anodes can be supplied in plate, bullet or ball form.
