Non-corrodable Immersion Safety Heaters
These low cost, compact units are manufactured from high integrity fluropolymers to suit extremely aggressive environments and to maximise protection against corrosion.
The non-metallic construction provides maximum safety and is unaffected by stray currents.
The elements are constructed to allow free flow of liquid across their surface and to minimize solid deposition - particularly important in electroless nickel and copper plating.
They are small enough to easily fit behind anode baskets and other confined areas. The unit are supplied with hanging brackets for vertical mounting or stand-offs for horizontal mounting (to be specified when ordering).
The unusually low watt density of the elements is particularly important in sensitive applications like electroless nickel plating.
Units are supplied with a 1.5 metre non-corrodable lead as standard, but 3 to 5 metre leads are available by special order.
