Epoxymod MLX 60 Epoxymod MLX 60 is the second step of desmear process and works at low concentration of permanganate. It ensures the complete smear removal from the hole wall, particularly from copper inner layers. The process works in conventional 316 stainless steel tanks. The electrolytic re-oxidation system ERS-60/4 or a chemical re-oxidizer can be used to re-oxidize the manganate to permanganate before use.

Finisher PHP A new Permanganate reducer based on sulphuric acid and Hydrogen Peroxide, ensuring a fast and accurate permanganate reduction avoiding manganese dioxide precipitation. Finisher PHP is particularly recommended for the treatment of boards with high aspect ratio holes ensuring subsequent perfect metallisation. The peroxide stability of Finisher PHP bath is very good and thus it is not necessary to replenish it frequently.
