Anti-tarnish Processes

Antilox MLX

A new anti-oxidiser for copper.

It is easy to use and is economically advantageous due to its high concentration.

Fluxes

Levelox GX/30

This is a new water soluble, highly thermal-stable flux with low viscosity. It is completely water washable after the HASL process and does not leave any residue on the surface of the PCB.

The process is free from chlorides and gives only a small drag-in of copper in the tin-lead solder pot.

It is supplied ready-to-use, has low viscosity thus reducing consumption and is replenishable.

Levelox GX/30 can be used by immersion, with rollers or with a brush. It is not necessary to dry the boards before the flux for HASL of SMD boards.

Slotoflux 483-W

This flux is a water based, water washable product for roller tinning applications.

It has the benefits of effective cleaning of copper, reducing de-wetting, producing a bright, clean, tin-lead surface and the flux residues are easily washed in water.

Slotoflux 485

These salts are used in conjunction with Slotoflux 483-W for the roller tinning of PCB’s.

Slotoflux 485 has the advantages of effective conditioning of tinning roller, producing bright, clean, tin-lead surface, melting uniformly and not forming lumps.

Slotoflux 881-M

Slotoflux 881-M is a water-washable flux for IR reflow applications.

It features flux residues that are easily washed in water giving a bright, clean, tin-lead surface. It does not spit or cause spattering, provides high protection of the laminate and is low foaming.
